Terms of Use for Your Leadership Path – yourleadershippath.se
Effective from 1 September 2025
Trial users and customers who accept a quotation, register a user account themselves, or approve the registration of a user account confirm that they have read these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them.
Definitions
- Terms of Use – The terms applicable from time to time for yourleadershippath.se
- Customer – A natural or legal person who has registered and gained access to the service and/or product via yourleadershippath.se.
- Your Leadershipp Path – The website yourleadershippath.se where the Customer can order the Service.
- Service/Services – The service(s) and product(s) that Your Leadership Path offers from time to time.
Use of Your Leadership Path
- Access requires a customer and user identity registered with Your Leadership Path. The identity is determined and verified as decided by Your Leadership Path from time to time.
- The Customer must have the authority to enter into the agreement on behalf of the registered company. The stated company is the contracting party and will be invoiced to the Customer’s registered e-mail.
- Customers may not represent another person (e.g., by power of attorney) without Your Leadership Path consent.
- Services may not be available to all visitors in all locations. Your Leadership Path will not provide services to visitors where provision would breach laws or regulations.
Ordering of Services
- Access is provided upon ordering a Service.
- The available Services are listed at yourleadershippath.se or as specified in the cooperation agreement.
- Your Leadership Path provides the service “as is” and may update functionality or release new versions at its discretion.
- Your Leadership Path may delay performance to verify the client or assignment.
- No specific processing times are guaranteed, and Your Leadership Path is not liable for delays.
Maintenance and Updates
- Your Leadership Path may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
- If possible, and where the interruption may significantly affect the Customer, Your Leadership Path will provide reasonable notice.
- Suspension may occur without notice in cases of suspected unauthorised use, repeated failed logins, or breaches of terms. Suspension may apply to specific assignments, services, or customers.
Price and Payment
- Charges are as stated by Your Leadership Path and will be invoiced via e-mail after ordering and access to the Services.
- Price changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect, for example, by posting updated prices.
Security and Passwords
- Customers must use secure passwords and protect their login details.
- The legal entity of Customers is liable for damage to Your Leadership Path caused by negligence in handling passwords or other security tools.
Changes to the Terms
- Your Leadership Path may amend these Terms of Use or the technical conditions for using the service, for example, due to legislation changes. Customers will be notified electronically. Changes take effect no earlier than 30 days after notification unless required by law sooner. Continued use after the notice period means acceptance of the new terms.
- The current Terms of Use are always available via yourleadershippath.se.
Term and Termination
- These Terms of Use form part of the agreement entered into when the Customer orders a Service and apply until further notice.
- Your Leadership Path may terminate immediately in cases of material breach or reasonable belief that the Customer will not meet payment obligations.
Your Leadership Path’s Liability
- Use is at the Customer’s own risk.
- Your Leadership Path is not liable for indirect damages unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
- Your Leadership Path is not liable for events such as changes in law, government action, war, strikes, blockades, boycotts, lockouts, or similar events, even if Your Leadership Path is itself affected.
- Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Services in the last three months, excluding VAT.
Customer’s Liability
- Customers must ensure passwords are not used by unauthorised persons. If you want to share the Service, reach out to us and we promise to offer a great team deal.
- Customers are liable for damages caused by failing to follow these Terms, service instructions, or applicable laws.
Notices
- Notices visible upon login are considered received at the time of login.
- Email notices are considered received no later than the fifth day after being sent to the email provided by the Customer.
- Customers must notify Your Leadership Path immediately of any changes in name, address, email, or billing address.
Complaints
- Customers must report faults or disruptions promptly, within one year of occurrence.
- Specific service terms may override this section.

Customer Support and Interruptions
- Interruptions or faults may occur in systems used by the Customer, Your Leadership Path, or third parties.
- If the Service is unavailable, information and certain services may be accessed via mail support.
Personal Data and Privacy
- Your Leadership Path processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.
- The responsible persons are the founders, contact details available at hello@yourleadershippath.se.
- Customers may request details of personal data held by Your Leadership Path.
Intellectual Property
- All material published online by Your Leadership Path is protected by copyright.
- Your Leadership Path owns all intellectual property rights related to the service.
User-Generated Content
- If creating content within the Service, Customers grant Your Leadership Path a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive licence to use and process such content, anonymised where possible and in line with GDPR policy.
Links
- Your Leadership Path is not responsible for external websites linked from its services.
Assignment
- Customers may not assign their rights or obligations under this agreement. Your Leadership Path may assign its rights and obligations to another company.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by Swedish law.
- Disputes shall be settled by Swedish general courts.
Privacy Policy (GDPR)
We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data we collect
We collect personal data that you provide to us (such as name, email, and contact details) and data necessary to deliver our services.
2. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to provide our services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. Processing is based on your consent, performance of a contract, or legal requirements.
3. Sharing of data
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers or when required by law.
4. Storage and security
Your data is stored securely and kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above.
